Which tags are generated once the model is created?

Do the Synthetic User Tool changes and tags need to be published to be active?
Yes, once your changes are published, your model changes its status to Gathering.
What else needs to be done before the model starts gathering data?
You must ensure the tools you want Synthetic User data for are set to Essential Mode. For this, navigate to the Legal Hub menu → Vendor category and select each tool to be set to Essential Mode.
Next, you must go into the conversion tags of the tools you set in Essential Mode and the tag configuration itself. You should see the two configuration options for the tag - one for full consent and one for essential mode.

How many days does the model need to gather data?
At least 21 days, depending on your traffic volume. Please inquire about that specifically during your Synthetic Users onboarding.
What do I need to do after the model has gathered enough data?
Please contact your appointed contact person or the JENTIS helpdesk team and request that your model be activated. Once you see that your model's status has been changed to Active, you need to publish the current version of your tracking configuration on your JENTIS Platform again.
Do I need to measure and compare conversions without and with the Synthetic User model?
We recommend that you compare the data and conversions before and after using the model internally or with your assigned agency. As a support, you can follow our guides:
