How does JENTIS handle data subject requests for erasure?

Under our data processing agreement, JENTIS, as the Customer's data processor, is obliged to inform the Customer in a timely manner of any request for erasure that JENTIS has received. JENTIS will not respond to the deletion request itself unless the Customer has authorised us to do so. Our point of contact for requests from data subjects is privacy@jentis.com.
