Client-side vs server-side tracking

The classic way to track website visitors is to add the third-party scripts of all of your tools in your marketing stack directly to your website and let them run in the browser of the user, collecting and sending data directly to the data receivers, most of whom are U.S.-based.

By contrast, server-side tracking with JENTIS requires adding only one first-party JavaScript to your website, which does not send the data directly to the third-party tools, but instead to a proxy server provided by JENTIS, which transmits the data to your third-party tools within and outside the EU and EEA.
