What to do in case of forgotten access data?

In case you forget your access data, please navigate to the specific JENTIS environment you have set up (use container or account link). There, use the option to reset the password. Make sure you are trying to log-in into a specific DCP set-up and not via the general JENTIS website. 

If you are still having difficulties, please turn to your DCP main admin. They will be able to reset your user status and re-send you a log-in invite. 

If this also doesn´t work, please contact JENTIS Support and request for your access to be refreshed. Please try to include the DCP admin in the CC / as a ticket participant, so we can verify with them that you are granted access to the JENTIS DCP.
