CORS error showing up in developer console

Generally, JENTIS can not affect any CORS-related issue on a third-party domain. The origin is the current first-party domain while the request is sent from the client to the used tracking tool’s third-party host. We cannot affect any of this situation. Your domain sets the CORS security settings while the response headers are set by the tracking tool itself.

To resolve the situation reach out to both instances, your internal IT as well as the support team of the specific tracking tool causing the issue.
