What’s new in 5.2.1?
Improvements
Clearer copy dialog: When copying elements (e.g., functions), the copy dialog previously contained an unlabeled field, causing confusion. If left empty, an error appeared without clarifying what was required. We’ve added a label to this field so users know they need to provide a name for the copy.
Design consistency: We have improved the platform’s look and feel by introducing a structured design system for colors, typography, and spacing.
Bug Fixes
We listened to your feedback and killed quite an amount of bugs:
Verification button: In the tracking configuration tab (update container page), the verification buttons incorrectly validated both DNS and HTML code together, causing both to fail if one was incorrect. This has been fixed so that each method can be verified independently.
Container creation: Fixed an issue where an uncaught error occurred when creating a container while parts of the system were unresponsive.
“Try Again” button: The “Try Again” button for preview did not work when the current session expired. This has now been fixed.
Tool cards: On the "Tools" page, cards could have inconsistent sizes when names exceeded a certain length. We have corrected this behavior.
Assistant mode navigation: When creating a tool, the "Next" button appeared active in the first step, even when requirements were unmet. Clicking it provided no feedback, leading to confusion. The button is now disabled until all requirements are met.
Changelog: System-wide changes applied by JENTIS were not always reflected in changelogs. We fixed an issue where automatic updates did not generate changelogs for affected platform elements.
